Origin Stories is a five-week series exploring the lives of key leaders and voices from the early church whose faith and influence helped shape Christianity as we know it today. Through their stories, we will discover how ordinary people were used by God in extraordinary ways to strengthen the Church, defend truth, and carry the gospel into a changing world.

Each week highlights a different figure from church history and the unique impact they made through their leadership, courage, teaching, and devotion to Jesus. From moments of persecution and hardship to breakthrough and revival, these stories reveal how God worked through imperfect people to build His Church and preserve the message of the gospel for future generations.

More than a history lesson, this series is an invitation to deepen our own faith. As we learn from the lives of these early believers, we will be challenged to live with greater conviction, courage, humility, and commitment to the mission of Jesus today. The same gospel they preached is the gospel we carry…and the same God who worked through them is still at work through His Church now.
